My name is Danielle and my car is the Rav4 you took care of last week. First off, let me say that my car runs great and it feel good to know that I am driving in a car that is reliable again. Now, even though last week wasn't the best week for me, I wanted to send you a letter to thank you for going above and beyond for someone you don't even know. My car is my baby. I travel a lot in that car and have gone to some great places; the thought of getting rid of it bothered me. Not to mention car payments! Ha ha. I appreciate you taking the time to not only fix my car, but to give me the best deal without blowing up my wallet. I thank you for extending th warranty on the car an extra 2 years, that gives me a great deal of peace of mind. I am grateful you kept my father informed every step of the way and you didn't try to sugar coat anything. To have my father say nothing but good things about you, I knew that my car was in good hands.Words cannot express the gratitude I have for you for taking my car to your home so that you could have it done for me by Saturday because you knew I lived a ways away. I heard you went so far as to call this morning just to see how I liked the car. I don't know wat I did to deserve such special treatment, but if this is how you treat all your customers, no wonder they keep coming back. You are a great buisness man and own up to your reputation as being great at what you do. I feel truly blessed to have a "crummy" {to put it nicely} situation and have piece of mind that the hands that were working on my car had nothing but the best interest for me. That is rare nowadays. Thank you for proving that not everbody is out to "get you" and that there really are some great people out there just trying to do their jobs the best way they know how. That all being said, if you ever need a testimonial for a web site, brochure, etc. Please either use this letter, or please don't hesitate to call my father and have him contact me. Brought my car in and thought clutch was slipping, but turned out to be U-joints rattling underside of the car. Brian did a great job of diagnosing the problem and make the repair fast. This shop came recommended to me and now comes recommended by me. Thanks.
